Are you allowed to refer to your services as "paralegal," since you're directly assisting the public? I operated a Legal Document Assistant Business in California for 6 1/2 years. I found it very rewarding.
There are very few attorneys willing to assist people with workers comp matters, SSI, State Disability, employment terminations, etc. |
