In North Carolina, with all my certifications and 30 years experience, I can charge $55-$75 an hour, with most of my work in the $55-$65 range. One of my close colleagues, with comparable credentials who has been freelancing for 10 years and who also works in the Raleigh market, gets $80 an hour.
