Our firm recently hired a law clerk for the summer. In my 7 or so years as a paralegal, I've never had to work with a law clerk. Are they first-year's in law school? Ours doesn't seem to know a whole lot about subpoenas, pleadings, etc., which caused me to raise an eyebrow. I would really like to hear about other paralegals' experiences with law clerks -- the good, the bad and the ugly. :)
