I am not a paralegal. Hope that doesnt get me the boot.
But what I need help with is drafting a demand letter to a broker and her agent for misrepesentation. Basically the agent who was acting in my behalf for a house rental rented me a house and allowed me access to move into a house illegally. Now I want to go after them for costs incurred from having to move a week later, basically be homeless for about two weeks, etc.
I am willing to pay that is why I said maybe someone locally in Atlanta area but if not, there is paypal and other options for payment.
I hope someone can help me!
Thanks,

TigrEyez, it won't "get you the boot" but what you're asking for, assistance in beginning the process of recovering damages against a third party, may constitute the practice of law. I'll leave the thread open for referrals to agencies or firms that might assist you, but I'm going to ask posters to write to you off-board directly at the address you provided with anything specific to your situation. |

Usually an attorney will respond within 48 hours. Also, file a report with the Better Business Bureau. |
