A boy was arrested for second degree of felony terrorist threatening charge when his grandparents took his journal into poice that he wrote for a English class. The short story was about zombies, it did say a high school, but didn't mention nobody that lives in Clark County Ky, no principals, no cops, or nothing in that sort. The judge raised his bond from 1 thousand to 5 thousand. Would that not invade is constitutional rights with freedom of press.
