Hi there,
I'm a paralegal in Dallas, Texas and I started my own company in March of this year. I'm just curious what other paralegals are looking for. Basically I offer on-call trial support services because I know when I worked in firms, I was always running around like crazy during trial. I have a few good clients but I want to grow of course. Any ideas or suggestions how I should market myself to other firms? Do you think I should market directly to the paralegals or to the lawyers? What services would you all pick up the phone and call someone to help you with during a crunch if you knew that service was available? Any advice y'all have would be greatly appreciated!

| Visit your old law firms and tell them what you are doing. Send out postcards to the attorneys in your local area. I would hate to receive a phone call, honestly. Good Luck. |

Welcome, whitm80. While I don't know your part of the world, in mine, I'd let my Clerk's office personnel know what I'm doing/offering as they are the ones who know who's stretched to the limit and in need of help. |
